These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 97kr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the 97kr platform available at https://97kr.cam and any associated services, features, content, applications and tools (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, engaging with any game, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific promotional terms that may apply to individual offers.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Your continued use of 97kr following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 97kr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity acting on behalf of another person).
• You must be aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Users in Pakistan are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer or agent of 97kr or any affiliated entity, or a close family member of any such person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from the Platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling through any self-exclusion mechanism, whether on 97kr or any other operator, that remains in effect at the time of registration.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, maintaining or attempting to use more than one Account — whether directly or through a proxy — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the voiding of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify 97kr promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your Account. 97kr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 97kr support immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account pending investigation.

97kr is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As a condition of withdrawing funds or accessing certain platform features, Users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid identity documentation.

Acceptable KYC documents typically include, but may not be limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence showing full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document issued within the last three months, showing your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required by the operator, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

KYC verification must be satisfactorily completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Account access may be suspended or restricted pending satisfactory completion of KYC. The operator reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance checks.

All deposits on 97kr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The available deposit methods at any given time are displayed in the live cashier section of your Account. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice at the operator's discretion.

Payment methods referenced in 97kr's informational content — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as familiar reference points for Pakistani users only. Their inclusion does not imply that any such provider endorses, supports, or facilitates gambling transactions, nor that they are necessarily available in the live cashier at any given time.

Users acknowledge and agree to the following conditions in relation to deposits:

• Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 97kr does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• Deposited funds may not accrue interest.
• If a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you must notify 97kr immediately. Using erroneously credited funds constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of your Account. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment method registered in the same name as your 97kr Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Any active Bonus Wagering Requirements must be fully satisfied — or the Bonus forfeited — before withdrawal of the associated funds.
• Your Account must be in good standing, with no outstanding disputes, pending investigations, or policy violations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as set by the operator and displayed in the live cashier.

Processing times for withdrawal requests vary depending on the selected payment method and the operator's internal review schedule. 97kr does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Once a withdrawal request has been approved internally and dispatched, the receiving time depends on the payment provider's own network.

97kr reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where additional verification is required, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or where the operator determines that further compliance checks are necessary.

97kr may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other time-limited promotional offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which set out eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and withdrawal conditions.

Users should be aware of the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• Wagering Requirements specify the total bet value that must be placed using the Bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Requirements are stated as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (e.g., a PKR 2,000 Bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement means PKR 60,000 in qualifying bets must be placed).
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• 97kr reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, subject to any commitments made to Users who have already opted in to a specific promotion.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus stacking, multiple account exploitation, or systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and Account review.

All bets placed on 97kr are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, market or game. These rules are available within the platform and should be reviewed prior to placing any bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.

The following general principles apply to all betting activity on 97kr:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless permitted by specific in-play or cash-out terms.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to any applicable Rule 4 deductions or void market rules.
• 97kr reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets affected by obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or corrupt data feeds.
• For PSL, T20 International, ICC tournament and other cricket markets, settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results are accepted where applicable.
• Live/in-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and platform latency. 97kr is not responsible for bets placed based on information received after the relevant event has concluded due to connection delay.
• Casino and slot games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are specific to each game and are disclosed within the game interface.

97kr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it ceases to be enjoyable, or if you believe gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, you should use the responsible gambling tools available on the platform or contact support.

The following responsible gambling tools are available on 97kr:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that can be set in your Account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to help prevent extended losing sessions.
• Session Time Limits: Time restrictions on individual gaming sessions, with optional reality-check notifications.
• Self-Exclusion: The ability to close your Account for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority by the support team and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

97kr will use reasonable efforts to prevent individuals who have self-excluded from accessing the platform. However, the operator cannot guarantee that self-excluded individuals will not find alternative means of access, and Users acknowledge responsibility for their own compliance with self-exclusion decisions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 97kr and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of obtaining multiple promotional bonuses or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other technical mechanisms to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sport manipulation, insider betting, or any conduct intended to corrupt the integrity of a sporting event or casino game outcome.
• Using the platform to process, layer or conceal proceeds from illegal activity, including money laundering. 97kr is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time when information is requested by the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, RNG vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, threatening or harassing conduct toward support staff or other users.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

All content on the 97kr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content, betting markets, data feeds and documentation — is either owned by 97kr or licensed to 97kr by third-party providers. All intellectual property rights in this content are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any content from the platform.
• Any right to create derivative works based on platform content.
• Any right to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Any right to use 97kr's brand name, logo or trade marks in any context without explicit prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97kr and its operators, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use.
• Loss of data, revenue or profits arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on informational content published on the platform, which is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking networks.
• Any failure to settle bets due to third-party data feed errors, sports governing body decisions, or events outside 97kr's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 97kr's negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

97kr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time if it reasonably determines that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, financial or reputational risk to the platform.
• The Account is connected with suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• The User has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The User has self-excluded and is attempting to access a restricted Account.
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requires account action.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 97kr will use reasonable efforts to complete the investigation in a timely manner and to communicate the outcome to the affected User. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be handled in accordance with the operator's published procedures, subject to any deductions permitted under these Terms.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawals and outstanding KYC requirements will be processed before closure is confirmed.

97kr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially alter User rights or obligations — we will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users in advance, through the platform or by email to the address associated with your Account.

Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors, may be made without specific notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of 97kr following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause is intended to override any mandatory consumer protection rights available to Users under the laws of their country of residence.

Users accessing 97kr from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable Pakistani legislation, may impose restrictions on online gambling activity. 97kr does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to satisfy yourself that your use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to you.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the support process may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Operator's licensing authority, where applicable.
