About 97kr — Pakistan's Online Gambling Platform
97kr was built with one clear goal: to give Pakistani users a reliable, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable online gambling experience — in English, in PKR, and designed around how people in Pakistan actually live and play.
How 97kr Came to Be
97kr was founded with a straightforward observation: Pakistani players were navigating online gambling platforms that were not built for them. Foreign currencies, confusing interfaces, zero local language context, and payment methods unfamiliar to anyone in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or Rawalpindi. The experience felt like borrowing someone else's shoes — functional, but never quite right.
So 97kr set out to build something different. A platform presented entirely in clear, natural English — the professional language of choice for millions of Pakistani users — with all balances, bets, and winnings displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Sports markets built around what Pakistani fans care about most: PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments, and live cricket across formats. Football, UFC, and other global sports covered alongside.
From day one, 97kr has operated on a foundation of honest, transparent information. We don't inflate bonus numbers with impossible conditions. We don't hide the rules behind three pages of unreadable legal language. We believe Pakistani players deserve to understand exactly what they're signing up for — and to make genuinely informed choices.
What 97kr Stands For
Every decision at 97kr is measured against a small set of core values. They aren't marketing language — they shape how the platform is built, how terms are written, and how support staff are trained.
Transparency First
Bonus terms, wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, and fee structures are presented plainly. No deliberate ambiguity, no small-font traps.
Player-Centred Design
Every interface choice is made for the person using a mid-range Android in Rawalpindi or Islamabad — not for an investor deck or a European benchmark.
Responsible Gambling
Deposit limits, loss limits, time restrictions, and self-exclusion tools are built into the platform — not hidden in a sub-menu. Gambling must remain entertainment, not a source of harm.
Security & Privacy
SSL encryption, two-factor authentication and strict KYC procedures protect every account. User data is never sold to third parties for unsolicited marketing.
What Makes 97kr Different
Six areas where 97kr invests the most effort — because they're the six things Pakistani players told us matter most.
English, Tailored for Pakistan
All content on 97kr — from navigation labels to bonus terms to support chat — is written in natural, professional English suited to Pakistani readers. This isn't a translated product; it was written for this market from the start. Urdu language assistance is available through the support team when needed.
PKR Throughout the Platform
Balances, bets, deposits, withdrawals and bonus amounts are all displayed in Pakistani Rupees. No conversion calculations, no hidden exchange fees eating into your winnings, and no confusion about what you're actually playing for. When we write PKR 25,000, that's exactly what we mean.
Cricket & PSL at the Core
Pakistan Super League fixtures, ICC Test matches, T20 Internationals and bilateral series are not an afterthought on 97kr — they are front and centre. Markets are updated in real time, with in-play betting available during live matches. Football, UFC and other major global sports round out the offering.
Mobile-First Performance
97kr is optimised for mobile first — which is how the majority of Pakistani users access online services. The interface loads quickly on mid-range Android devices, uses minimal data on standard mobile connections, and responds cleanly on every screen size from a basic smartphone to a tablet or laptop.
Honest Bonus Information
Welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets and loyalty rewards are explained clearly — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and withdrawal conditions. 97kr does not publish promotional headlines that misrepresent what a bonus actually delivers in practice.
Accessible Support
Support is available through live chat (as provided by the operator) and via email at [email protected]. Responses to email queries are typically provided within 24–48 business hours. Responsible gambling concerns are treated as a priority and escalated accordingly.
Rooted in Pakistan's Reality
97kr doesn't treat Pakistan as a secondary market. The platform was designed from the ground up for the reality of Pakistani life — the cities, the time zones, the mobile networks, the sports schedule, and the payment landscape that users actually navigate every day.
Whether you're following a PSL match from Karachi's DHA or tracking an ICC final from Islamabad's Blue Area, 97kr is built to keep pace. Match timers and schedules are displayed in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5). Cities like Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar are referenced throughout the platform's community content because they represent our actual user base — not a vague regional assumption.
On payments, 97kr acknowledges that users in Pakistan are familiar with services like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and major bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. We reference these as familiar landmarks — we do not claim they endorse, support, or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must always verify available payment methods in the live cashier and review applicable local law.
City-Level Context
Platform content references Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — not generic "South Asia".
PKT Time Zone
All event timers, match schedules and promotional countdowns displayed in Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5).
Optimised for Local Connections
Lightweight pages designed to perform on Pakistan's 4G/LTE networks — no heavy animations that stall on a standard SIM connection.
Urdu Language Support
While the platform is English-first, Urdu assistance is available through the support team for users who prefer it.
Pakistan's Sports Calendar
PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC events, bilateral series, domestic competitions — the schedule Pakistani fans actually follow.
PKR, Not USD
Pakistani Rupee is the displayed currency throughout — deposits, winnings, bonuses, limits. Exactly as they are, without conversion ambiguity.
Our Commitment to Safe, Responsible Play
97kr takes responsible gambling seriously — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a genuine obligation. Online gambling carries real financial risk. For most people it remains entertainment; for some, it can become harmful. The platform includes tools to help every user stay in control, and actively encourages their use.
Deposit & Loss Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit and loss limits from your account settings. These kick in immediately and cannot be loosened before the cooling-off period expires.
Time & Session Limits
Session time limits and reality check reminders help you stay aware of how long you've been playing — a simple but effective way to keep gambling in perspective.
Self-Exclusion
If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing concern, self-exclusion closes your account for a defined period. Contact support to activate this at any time.
18+ Only, Always
97kr is strictly for adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. KYC verification confirms age before any withdrawal is processed.
